The setup was pretty easy, it has the right amount of space, and for a beginner guinea pig owner, it is good to have a company which tells you exactly what you need and makes setting it up easy. You can find better priced versions of this if you look, but quality is hard to ensure, and the liners they give you, which are wonderfully waterproof but don't move around and make noise every time your pet moves, are great. Slightly more than I would have liked to pay, but considering they're made in the USA, it's understandable. I do wish they were a little more adaptable to space, the 2x4 is hard when you need two cages with a separator, and aren't comfortable free styling, so it would be nice if the set up included a few extra grids and options for different assemblies, but that is probably a pretty niche need!
