Plan, plan,plan. Got the medium size for 2 piggies. They love it. I did make some slight mods and it was successful. I measured 8x, laid it all out, remeasured, and then made cuts with sharp box cutter. I did get extra pieces and used some. I also got the plastic guards to keep piggies from chewing on top edge of liner -good insurance for the cage investment. Working on fleece linings, but for now using paper fill. Easy to clean. Well worth the investment. A well made and sturdy product. Do not buy imitations. This is the best cage we have ever had. And it can be explained and reconfigured with the purchase of additional liner materials.
