I ordered the Midwest diner specifically made for the Midwest cafe. USPS lost the package for awhile. The company stayed in constant communication with me, even reaching out to me first at times. I am impressed at how easy it was to get in contact with a live person to quickly resolve the issue. I got both calls and emails, so that was nice to know you have the option to communicate either through email or phone. We both agreed to wait a bit to see if it would scan. It had not, so they sent another one via FedEx. Of course, that same day the package finally scanned after they had already shipped the other one. Now about the Midwest Diner itself, its perfect! Its sturdy and easy to clean. It fits perfectly in the Midwest cage. It has cut down on the cage mess massively. These critters really do like to poop where they eat. A hefty layer of kiln dried pine or paper under a thick layer of hay and he is happy as can be to pee and poop in that area. The chew guard at the entrance is a nice addition to ensure they dont nibble on the box. My Guinea hasnt attempted to chew on any part of the diner, so thats a big plus. I highly recommend the product and the company.

Our Diner has only been in our piggy enclosure for a very short time, but so far it is working wonderfully and as intended. It keeps the majority of the piggys messes where they spend the majority of their time (eating)! They have yet to try and chew on it, and it is easy enoughr for them to get up and over the lower edge while keeping the pine bedding inside.
